Nexusflow raised $10.6 million as part of a seed round led by Point72 Ventures, with participation from Fusion Fund and several artificial intelligence (AI) luminaries.
The startup was formed by AI experts Jiantao Jiao and Kurt Keutzer from the Berkeley AI Research Lab, along with AI leader Jian Zhang, who previously served as machine learning director at SambaNova Systems.

The Nexusflow Cybersecurity Copilot uses open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) designed to operate within the enterprises firewall.
The approach drops the vendor lock-in and grants companies total ownership and command over the model and data. In widely used security applications, the model boasts of 95% accuracy rate compared to 64% of GPT-4.
Nexusflow also launched its NexusRaven model, which will enable the production of fragmented data from various sources and software tools to streamline decision-making and security operations workflows.
