Taylor Swift brought her dad with her to the latest Kansas City Chiefs game to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
The pop sensation’s father, Scott Kingsley Swift, sat beside her and her friends in a VIP suite on Sunday as the Chiefs took on the New England Patriots in Foxborough, Massachusetts, comfortably winning 27-17.
It was a fine way to mark Swift’s seventh outing to support Kelce and was the first time she had brought one of her parents to a match.
Her Eagles-supporting dad seemed to fully embrace the Chiefs way as he donned one of their red jumpers in support of his daughter’s love interest.
It’s safe to say Taylor’s dad is invested in the pair’s fairly new relationship. He had already met Kelce at least once, with the two of them attending one of the singer’s Eras Tour concerts in Buenos Aires, Argentina, together in November.
During the show, she gave her boyfriend a shout-out by changing a lyric in her song “Karma,” after which he seemed to miss Mr Swift’s cue for a high five, as seen in a fan video.
Clearly there were no hard feelings as Taylor’s dad was all smiles as he watched Kelce’s side win on the weekend.

It was a double celebration of sorts, as his daughter’s 34th birthday was on Wednesday.
Fans on social media vowed to “protect Scott Swift at all costs” as videos emerged of him sharing a birthday cake that the pop star had been given with their neighbours in the suite next to them.
Swift and Kelce’s relationship has been the subject of much public interest since it began earlier this year.
The pair had let others do the talking initially, but Kelce has been more vocal about his partner in recent months, calling his 12-time Grammy Award-winning girlfriend “hilarious” and “a genius” in an interview last month.
