Five schoolchildren became unwell – with one taken to hospital – after smoking an unknown substance through a vape during their lunch break.
Police Scotland has launched an investigation into the incident at Graeme High School in Falkirk after the alarm was raised at around 1.05pm on Monday.
A 13-year-old boy was taken by ambulance to Forth Valley Royal Hospital as a precaution. He has since been discharged.
The contents of the vape are unknown at this time.
A force spokesperson said: “A joint enquiry with the school and police is ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
