A 16-year-old girl has been taken to hospital and a 17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a suspected stabbing in Gloucester.
Police were called to an address in Kingsway shortly after 8pm on Sunday after receiving a report that a girl had been stabbed and that the attacker had fled the property.
A teenage boy was arrested at a different address in Gloucester a short while later.
He is being held in custody, and officers say they are not currently seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.

The girl remains in hospital being treated for injuries, which at this stage are not thought to be life-threatening.
Gloucestershire Police say there will be a visible police presence in the area while house-to-house and other enquiries take place throughout Monday.
