William and Kate posted an image of themselves holding hands, and sitting on a blanket in the woods, as William kisses Kate on the cheek.

Over the last year, Kate has undergone abdominal surgery, as well as chemotherapy for an undisclosed form of cancer.
She has been returning to public engagements after publishing a deeply personal video to announce that her chemotherapy had come to an end in November.
The video showed her spending time with her husband, Prince William, and their three children, as she said her focus was on “staying cancer free”.
