Disney on Tuesday filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit by the board of supervisors Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis handpicked to oversee Walt Disney World’s operations.
A spokesman for the new board of supervisors did not immediately respond to CNBC’s request for comment on Disney’s court filing.
